  1. You’re not alone:( chaos follow me too. I’m ADHD, always rushing , etc. 😮 yes, hooks are so convenient !

  2. Thank you for your wonderful advice and sharing your sunny personality! “If everything is visual, nothing is” is a revelation to my ADHD brain. Can I suggest though – please check when it comes to using disposable dishes in your area (I’m in another country to you!)- just because they are paper, doesn’t mean they can be recycled once they are dirty. If your waste disposal system is like ours, once it’s dirty – you can’t recycle it. For example I tear our pizza boxes in half once we’re finished with them because the lid doesn’t get any oil on it and remains clean – that can be recycled! But the “box” part has had a lot of food in it and is soiled as such, so that must go into the bin for landfill(or composted!) I didn’t understand distinctions like these for so many years and once I learned, feel much better I am both trying, and succeeding at waste disposal! 😄

  3. I don’t forget I have a fridge but I’m not wheeling it out to the garage. Toaster, mixer, stay on counter, lol!
