Happy Friday!!! What are you doing this weekend???
I know this video is 2 yrs old, but I just wanted to comment about your last tip and add something:
Alot of people like to sub in other kinds of oil (olive, grapeseed, etc) for mineral oil because it’s what they have on hand and it seems like there’s not a huge difference. Pro tip: there’s a huge difference.
Will olive oil give it a nice glossy shine? Yes, at first. But where mineral oil is thin enough to condition the steel, olive oil is thick so it sits on top. It’s gonna leave behind an oily residue that dirt and dust will stick to and it will get much dirtier, much faster! So you’re not doing yourself any favors using oils you cook with 😅
Super practical tips, saves so much time
You can get these window cloths and it just takes a tiny touch of water. I work at a college dorm with an ungodly amount of glass, so I use it all day without issue and without chemicals. Also dawn with vinegar and water is the combo I use for almost everything as well lol
Baking soda is not the same as in a magic eraser. They’re completely two different chemicals
