  1. This is for you and your followers/subscribers: i work at a warehouse 12 noon – 10:30pm give or take est. Sunday through Thursday (Friday and Saturday off) (currently on medical leave due to a work injury) my questions are:

    1. I have done food delivery 📦 and had issues in the past with orders being damaged or shipping being damaged, this delivery works for my schedule, but I hated it because it became more of an inconvenience than a convenience.
    2. Since I work such long hours, I’m not by a refrigerator or am able to eat at my post at work. How can I stay full for hours longer? And what HEALTHY snacks can i eat during the time I can eat at work?
    3. What can I eat that don’t need refrigeration?

    Anyone who works at a warehouse or plant (there’s a difference) can you help me?
    4. And lastly, because I work long hours, what’s can you suggest for I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner?

    Hence, I go to work late in the afternoon but off work late.
    Looking for things that are quick, filling, tasty, and cheap.
