  1. I’m ADHD. I use Apple Reminders because paper is a problem for me. I breakdown everything into 15-minute palmadoro chunks, which I call β€œbon bons” instead.

  2. I dont know in what kind of fairytale this would work. This is basically my go to routine ans I get exactly nothing done but the ‘icecream’ πŸ˜‚ happy for you if this works for you though

  3. I was JUST telling my daughter-in-law that this is what I do. Laundry is something that feels easy and productive, and that gets me started on everything!

  4. Oh, God. I do exactly the same. No frogs eaten first. Momentum is gold! And, the feeling of checking things off is like getting a gold star next to my name every time!! 😊
