You know how I keep my mirowave clean? I seldom use it!!🤣 Food tastes much better when you don’t use it. I don’t defrost any meat in the micro and it tastes 100% better. I double bag it to keep it waterproof and then put it in really hot water (weighed the meat down) and it thaws in about 30 minutes depending how much meat you are trying to thaw… Anyway…. Not to steal your thunder, I will definitely try the oven rack cleaning tips. I have used washing soda and it works like a hot damn too but you need to wear gloves.. But, you can have the racks done in 3 hours – unless they are really bad, like mine get. I always left them to soak overnight. The crud would just fall off. And they would be really shiny. I have not tried this, but Borax might work too as it is a less harsh version of washing soda. Your way sounds much faster and easier and I am down with that!
Pro Tip: freeze your lemons. When they thaw they will squeeze as easily as a wet sponge. So easy and not a drop wasted.
