ABOUT A TO ZEN LIFE
Along my journey to let go of 30 years of clutter, I accidentally became a minimalist and it was life-changing.
Before, I was an emotional hoarder with nothing but the clutter from lost loved ones — and $25,000 of debt — to my name. Now I have a beautiful home in Europe, a happy family, live debt-free, and — best of all — wake up to a life that I’m EXCITED to live every day.
My mission is to help you conquer your clutter and simplify YOUR way to a happier and better life. HERE’S OUR STORY:

If you study the USA Time Use Survey, which has been done for decades. Results have always been how much time people waste. I have people tell me they have not enough free time to go to the bathroom. Then they ALWAYS precede to tell me how many shows & streaming things & sports watching. Then they are shocked that I seldom give any time to such. Tell them, ‘I must have been going to the bathroom.’. Bottom line is all people are full of bs. You have to be on a calling your BS.
Glad you discovered batching . Is a very old method. I have been mocked for Decades for it.
Teaching clean as you go it great.
Remember to involve everyone at home on routine housechores roster.
